The past twelve months represented a special year for Aleyant, with significant milestones and achievements for us, our customers, and our partners. In 2023, we celebrated our eighteenth year helping our customers automate their success. Specifically, we are most proud of the following accomplishments


Professional Services (PS)

  • Professional Services added Customer Engagement directly in our project management system to assist with customer communications on projects.
  • Assisted clients with almost 250 PS projects
  • A recent Pressero release allows customers to easily import their products with a spreadsheet. Previously, Professional Services imported products using the Pressero API.

Customer Success & Support

  • Customers in 2023 saw ticket resolutions resolved 49% faster than in 2022.
  • Customers overall saw an average monthly order value increase in 2023 of 4.74% compared to 2022.
  • Customers overall saw an average monthly order count increase in 2023 of 2.92% compared to 2022.
  • For year-end actuals across all Pressero subscribers, there were 7.24% more sales in 2023 than in 2022.
  • Overall, the print industry has seen lower sales since March 2023 when compared to 2022, but Pressero customers are reversing that trend!*

Product Development

  • New Gift Certificates Feature in Pressero
  • Allow Multiple Users in Time Tracking in PrintJobManager
  • Improvement of Job Archive Downloads in PrintJobManager
  • Pricing Engine Filtering in PrintJobManager
  • Improved Job Reports in tFLOW
  • New dashboards that provide valuable insights to your business in Pressero

HR & Communications

  • Launched new company website
  • Promoted new VP of Sales and Marketing, David Graves
  • Promoted new R&D Manager, Marco Parreira
